ShockWatch 2 Product Overview

The indicators are field-armable, tamperproof devices that turn bright red when an impact beyond a specific threshold has occurred.  

The indicator's small size allows it to be used on items where space is tight or the ring label can be applied to increase visibility that the shipment is being monitored. 

Each ShockWatch® 2 has a unique identifier to support traceability.

ShockWatch® 2 is a patented product, covered by US Patent No. 8,234,994 and No. 9,423,312.

Product Change Notice

As part of our continued commitment to improving traceability, compliance, and user experience, we will be discontinuing all non‑QR shock and tilt indicator products on August 31, 2026.

The following products will be replaced by their QR-enabled versions:

• ShockWatch Label (serialized and non-serialized) → ShockWatch Label QR
• ShockWatch 2 (serialized and non-serialized) → ShockWatch 2 QR
• TiltWatch XTR (serialized and non-serialized) → TiltWatch XTR QR
• All QR-enabled indicators include a visible serial number on the product.
• Private label products are not impacted by this change (at this time) and will continue to be available without interruption. The SpotSee Team will work with each customer that purchases non-standard (e.g., private label) products to develop a transition plan and timeline.

Key dates:

• August 31, 2026: Last day to purchase non‑QR products
• September 30, 2026: Last shipment of non‑QR products
