The TiltWatch® XTR is a single-use tip indicator used to monitor goods that must remain upright. Once applied to the packaging, the TiltWatch XTR will provide evidence of mishandling if the shipment is tipped. However, the tilt indicator remains unaffected by movement resulting from normal handling conditions.

Product Change Notice 

As part of our continued commitment to improving traceability, compliance, and user experience, we will be discontinuing all non‑QR shock and tilt indicator products on August 31, 2026.

The following products will be replaced by their QR-enabled versions:

  • ShockWatch Label (serialized and non-serialized) → ShockWatch Label QR
  • ShockWatch 2 (serialized and non-serialized) → ShockWatch 2 QR
  • TiltWatch XTR (serialized and non-serialized) → TiltWatch XTR QR
  • All QR-enabled indicators include a visible serial number on the product.
  • Private label products are not impacted by this change (at this time) and will continue to be available without interruption. The SpotSee Team will work with each customer that purchases non-standard (e.g., private label) products to develop a transition plan and timeline.

Key dates:

  • August 31, 2026: Last day to purchase non‑QR products
  • September 30, 2026: Last shipment of non‑QR products

  • Change the bar code size to 29.64mm in width to meet international bar code standards
  • White Box for the bar code and serial number change from 20.809mm X 5.211mm to new size 33.66mm X 9.47mm.
