Purchase a battery replacement using product code: SB BAT REP ($35.00 + shipping).
Request a Service Authorization after purchase.
Our SpotSee Technical Service Team will provide the service authorization, which will be used to ship your unit to us.
Once received, we will replace the battery and verify the device's functionality.
Your device’s battery life will be reset in the SpotSee Cloud before being returned to you.

Important Note: The SpotSee warranty for these devices remains 1 year.
